The two actresses have teamed up for a health-focused website, YourZenLife.com, launching soon.

“We have great access to nutritionists and experts. We want to [pass on] the knowledge we have,” Teresa, 26, shared with the glossy.

Phoebe, 23, added, “Your Zen Life is not about living in a strict or militant way. It’s about balance.”

The girls are avid health foodies and when they’re not working, are hiking the latest trails.

“Phoebe and I have a great regime, we went for a hike for an hour-and-a-half today. Being out in nature just energizes my batteries,” Teresa dished.
