For Vogue Australia’s April 2018 issue, Australian actress Phoebe Tonkin modeled four different and creative make-up looks by Chanel’s global creative make-up and colour designer Lucia Pica. Tonkin and Pica, who have worked together a number of times around the world, are the ultimate pairing with the Italian-born, London-based make-up artist working her magic effortlessly on the L.A.-based star.
