Anyone following Phoebe Tonkin on Instagram will know that when the actress is back in Sydney she always makes time to see skin sensei Melanie Grant.
“I love facials. I would go once a week if I could,” she tells ELLE. So naturally The Originals star was excited to see her go-to guru on-set to give her complexion a boost before her July ELLE cover shoot in Paris.
“I felt so lucky to see my favourite skin fairy Melanie as soon as I landed. My skin was so dry from the flight it drank up the face mask so quickly”. We asked Melanie for her six top tips for getting Phoebe’s radiant skin.

Dressed in a mix of frothy eveningwear, classic jeans-and-tees combos, and the odd bed sheet, Phoebe was captured by Darren McDonald and styled by Ilona Hamer.
In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video, see Phoebe team up with makeup artist Victoria Baron and hairstylist Helene Bidard to create the perfect effortless look, including undone waves, a subtle golden eye and Phoebe’s signature strong brow.
